Application Mobile First Time Registration

1. Download the App

- Open the app and press (Register New User).

2. Cardholder Verification

- Enter your mobile number.

- Enter your card number.

- Enter the characters to complete user verification.

3. Cardholder Registration (Digital on-boarding)

- Fill the required information and documents through the digital onboarding process

- Create your username and password to complete the registration process

4. Confirmation

- Enter the received One-Time Passcode (OTP) as a text message, or click on the resend button if the OTP was not received within one minute.

5. The registration process has been completed successfully

- After completing the registration process you can enjoy all the benefits of the application easily and safely.

Create transaction password

1. Press more options from the homepage
2. Select my profile
3. Create your transaction password by entering your account password

Card Activation

• Once you have logged in to your account, you can activate your card by tapping on the image of the card on the homepage.
• On the upper right hand corner, click on the slider to change your card status from "Inactive" to "Active" to begin using your Gate to Pay card.

How to know your card's PIN Code

1. Download the Gate to Pay application from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Fill in all the required information (Find the steps in previous pages).
3. Log into the Market Equity Card application.
4. Tap on the image of the card on the homepage.
5. From the menu, click "Show Card Pin Code."
6. Enter your transaction passcode (The second 4-digit passcode).
7. Enter the 3-digit CVV number printed on the back of your card.
